March of Dimes

Pristine PR partnered with the March of Dimes in January 2009 and served on the host committee for a national pilot fundraiser called, Life to the Fullest Power. We did a series of media alerts and press releases generating pre and post media coverage for the half-day event at the Doral Golf Resort & Spa honoring women & mothers with the primary focus on, “Women having it all!”

The event featured influential keynote speakers which included: movie and TV actor and author Finola Hughes, best known for her portrayal of Anna Devane on the soap opera General Hospital, Camille Winbush, actress on Secret Life of the American Teenager and The Bernie Mack Show, Alicia Quarles, Entertainment Correspondent, Assoc. Press., Sandy & Marcie Jones, Best Selling Author of “Great Expectations” and The Miami Bombshells, a group of six career women who formed a support group to deal with the demands of their busy schedules that revolved around work, husbands and kids.
